I don't know that I can handle "full immersion" but I am excited to have some coaching and build better habits.

FULL IMMERSION APPROACH - Perfect for those who are encouraged + motivated by data, tracking, training for something and really seeing what you are capable of.
INTUITIVE APPROACH - When you benefit from a more flexible, less meticulous guide that doesn't require tracking.

Time - My Schedule is all over the place and I find it hard to find the time.
Pressure - I am easily swayed by peer pressure / family, kids, friends...you name it!
Energy - I am too tired to find the energy to exercise

Diet + Fitness Culture can be a slippery slope to disorders where almost no one is immune to the damage that diet culture causes. What has been your experience?
I’ve had issues in the past down the dark rabbit hole when it comes to fitness, diet and body image.
I’ve dipped my feet in but have a pretty good handle on not letting it consume me.
